Ivan Kozák (born 18 June 1970 in Považská Bystrica) is a former Slovak footballer who played for FK Dukla Banská Bystrica, 1. FC Košice, MFK Ružomberok and German teams Tennis Borussia Berlin and 1. FC Union Berlin. He played for Slovakia 38 matches.[1]
Kozák was a leader of 1. FC Košice defense in winning seasons 1997, 1998 and also at the UEFA Champions League campaign in 1997-98. Nowadays he is working in structures of MFK Košice.
